Live quote gate + recent reliability

Ask the operator for a signed route quote. Phase 1 only recommends a venue when a live executable quote adapter is configured and the venue clears recent-performance, fee-verification, side-balance, and request-settlement reliability gates. Historical metrics discount or veto quotes; they do not price the order by themselves.

Trades are dry-run by default. Live submission is available only after a route-ready quote and only when the operator has live trading explicitly enabled.

Request a Phase 1 route quote

The operator will sign the response and explain every route gate. Configure per-venue quote adapters with PERP_ROUTE_<VENUE>_QUOTE_URL for executable pricing, then configure PERP_ROUTE_<VENUE>_TRADE_URL to submit guarded trades.
